Casablanca Catering offers a wide array of optons for for your next lunch, dinner or special gathering. The menu features both traditional Mexican options as well as our unique continetal cuisine. Casablanca offers a variety of service options to meet every budget.

Step 1: Design Your Menu
Casablanca below are two popular options for your consideration.
- Standard Catering Service - A fabulous three course meal including salad, dinner and dessert with homade tortillas.
- Taco Bar -This option gives your guest the opportunity to make their own tacos with a wide choice of fillings
Step 2: Choose Your Service
- Express Catering - Casablanca will delivery your food in disposable alumnimum containers. This option is ideal when guests plan to eat shortly after the food arrives
Price per person: $11.00 plus tax with a minimum of 15 guests
- Simple Catering - Casablanca will set-up a buffet station on your table or counter with wire chafing dishes. This option keeps your food warm for several hours.
Price per person: $11.00 plus tax with a minimum of 15 guests plus $12 fee per wire chaffing dish ($6 is refundable for each chafing dish set returned)
- Worry Free Full Service Catering - Enjoy your event with our worry free full service catering which features:
- Buffet set-up with stainless steel chafing dishes with a heating source
- Beautiful platters and wicker baskets (as needed).
- Servers for the buffet line (for up to two hours). Casablanca staff will arrive one hour prior to service.
Step 3: Place Your OrderPrice: $425.00 plus tax for up to 25 people & additional guests are $13.50 plus tax. Events with 50 or more guests, the price per person is $12.50 plus tax
